Open Nearo, see who's nearby, send a request, and start a temporary conversation the moment they accept. CHAT NEARBY See other Nearo users nearby and message them directly — no internet required. Nearo works over your local network, device to device. NO ACCOUNT No sign-up, no phone number, no email. Choose a name and an avatar, and you're ready. DIRECT CONNECTION Messages travel straight between the two devices, encrypted along the way — never through a server, because there isn't one. TEMPORARY BY DESIGN Nearo is built around temporary sessions, not permanent chat history. When you end a conversation, it's deleted from your device — and Nearo tells the other device to delete its copy too, whenever that's possible. Reconnecting later starts a brand-new conversation. SIMPLE ON PURPOSE No groups, no attachments, no read receipts, no noise. Just a nearby conversation when you want one.
