Hosted sessions run at set times so you're never focusing alone. FOR PARENTS • The IEP prep assistant explains your situation in plain language, flags what to watch for, and builds a printable one-page meeting agenda. It's designed NOT to store what you type about your child. • "One small thing" gives you a gentle, doable idea each day. A COMMUNITY THAT GETS IT • Groups, forums, friends, and private messages with people who share your world. • Peer mentoring: get matched with a parent who's been there, or an accountability partner. • Courses on regulation, wellness, and relationships — at your pace, with reflections, never gatekeeping.
