Naviko is an AI-assisted bookkeeping app with local data management at its core. It helps you record everyday income and expenses, organize receipts and bills, and manage longer-term money matters in a clear local ledger. When you do not want to type every detail, use text, images, receipts, or screenshots and let AI help read the bill and create an editable draft. AI results are not saved automatically. You can review the amount, category, account, time, notes, and attachments before saving, or delete drafts you do not need. Key features: • AI-assisted bookkeeping Turn text, receipt photos, bill images, and payment screenshots into income or expense drafts. Batch upload and batch confirmation help you organize receipts and daily spending records faster. • Local offline ledger By default, all bookkeeping data is stored on your device and is not uploaded to Naviko cloud servers. The maker of Naviko cannot receive, view, or manage any of your bookkeeping data. You can use core bookkeeping and finance management features without a cloud account. • Manual bookkeeping Add and edit income and expense records with categories, accounts, time, notes, and attachments, so every transaction stays clear and searchable. • Reimbursements, subscriptions, installments, and borrowed/lent money Manage reimbursement claims, reimbursable expenses, payment status, subscription charges, installment repayments, borrowed and lent money, and contacts. Review pending tasks, due dates, charge calendars, repayment records, and details by status. • Budgets and finance insights Set budgets and review progress. Analyze income, expenses, balance, spending structure, account activity, ledger statistics, and financial trends by time, category, account, and ledger. Dedicated views for subscriptions, installments, borrowed/lent money, and reimbursements help you understand longer-term pressure and cash flow. • Multiple ledgers and organization tools Use multiple ledgers, accounts, categories, and contacts to separate personal, family, travel, or other financial records. • Recurring records Set scheduled records for fixed income, fixed expenses, or other recurring money matters to reduce repeated entry. • Attachments, import, export, backup, and sync Add image or PDF attachments to records. Import and export data, create local backups, and restore full backups. You can also choose Google Drive backup sync. This is used only when you enable it, and backup files are uploaded to your Google Drive, not to Naviko cloud servers. • App lock and privacy controls Protect access with PIN and biometric unlock, hide sensitive amounts, and manage or delete data inside the app. AI recognition and Google Drive sync are optional online features and are used only when you choose to use them.
