NAVI AI is a management application for businesses using NAVI's AI chatbot service. Opening the app immediately shows what the chatbot is doing, which customers have just left their numbers, and which posts are about to go live. OVERVIEW The four most important numbers right at the start: the number of AI responses this month, the number of conversations, the number of potential customers, and the amount of knowledge base used. Includes a seven-day graph to show the increase/decrease and the chatbot's current or paused status. CONVERSATIONS Review each chatbot conversation with website visitors. Search by name, phone number, or question content. Filter by date, or only view conversations where contact information was left. Questions the chatbot couldn't answer are marked separately – this indicates a gap in the knowledge base. POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS A list of people who left their names, phone numbers, and needs during conversations. A single click allows direct calling, no need to copy and paste numbers into another application. After making a call, mark it as contacted immediately so the next person doesn't call the same person again. SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS Write and post articles to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. Take photos with your phone camera and attach them directly, no need to send them to your computer. Let AI write drafts when you haven't thought of content yet. Schedule posts and view the entire month on the calendar to see which weeks are free. CHATBOT Try chatting directly in the app to hear the chatbot respond like a real customer. See how many words are left in the knowledge base within the limit. Edit the chatbot's name, greeting, address, and tone. ACCOUNTS View service packages, expiration dates, and usage history. Edit business information, change password, and submit support requests. Switch between Vietnamese and English. Delete your account directly in the app if you no longer use it. PRIVACY Two AI-powered features are the chatbot trial chat and AI-written articles. Before first use, the application will ask for your consent and clearly state what data will be sent, to whom, and for what purpose. If you do not agree, those two features will be disabled, while the rest of the application will function normally. The list of potential customers, phone numbers, and emails you collect will NOT be sent to any AI service. NOTE: This application is for customers who have registered for the NAVI AI service.
