Best suited for users of the National Renal Care network, the application adapts to your specific needs, based on your treatment regime, whether in-clinic or in-home. Track your medication intake, using the intuitive medication reminder feature whilst, in-home patients can manage their daily inventories. Finally, ensure that you stay on-top of your dialysis education with the latest dialysis articles, create a meal plan using the NRC recipe book and develop an exercise plan using the exercise tools.
