A mobile application for recording status for patients treated for depression. Record your daily status so that you can look back at changes in your status later, or share with your doctor. The application - which is a status recording diary - was created based on the Hamilton Depression scale and the Depression and Somatic Symptoms Scale (Hung CI 2006). It helps your treating doctor to evaluate the change in your condition and assess the degree of improvement by reviewing the recorded data together with the clinical picture he sees. In addition, it also helps you to determine the improvement of your disease and report the changes to your doctor. Rate your general condition daily on a scale of 1-5 (How am I today?)! In addition, at least twice a week, answer the questions symptom by symptom! Functions: - Record daily assessment - Display results on a graph - Sharing the result graph image - Set any number of daily reminders - Export and import of data
