Store description excerpt
Nanela holds your pregnancy and your baby's first year in one place. Not two apps, not a transfer on the day you come home from the hospital — the same app, the same records, before and after. Everything you write down stays on your phone. There is no Nanela account, no Nanela server, no ads and no analytics. Nothing is sold or shared. If you turn on iCloud sync, your records go to your own private iCloud, under your Apple Account — never to us. WHILE YOU'RE EXPECTING • Weeks, days and what is happening right now, with the source named • Contraction timer — free, always — and it keeps running on your Lock Screen • Kick and movement counter • Appointments, weight, blood pressure and how you're feeling • Medications and vitamins, with reminders — Nanela never suggests a dose • Notes in your own words, whenever you want them • One page that gathers all of it for your doctor ONCE THEY'RE HERE • Feeds — breast, bottle (breast milk, formula or both), pumping, first spoonfuls • Sleep, day and night • Diapers, wet and dirty, counted by the day • Weight, length and head circumference — and what changed since the last time • Foods they've tried, with the allergens marked • A page for every month, and how you are doing — not only the baby No growth charts and no percentiles. Nanela keeps your numbers and shows the difference between two of them, and stops there. Whether that number is good news is a conversation for you and your doctor, not a line on a graph. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT Nanela does not tell you what to do. Thresholds for calling someone are not the same in every country, so instead of inventing our own, Nanela quotes official guidance and names the source. It records what you tell it. It does not diagnose, does not give verdicts and never replaces your doctor. It works offline and without an account. You can start using it a minute after you download it, without typing an email address. If a pregnancy ends, Nanela goes quiet. No confetti, no "let's set up your baby". You choose when, and whether, to open it again. Twins, a second child, a pregnancy alongside a toddler — Nanela holds all of them. The row at the top switches between them. On your Home Screen, a widget shows how far along you are and how long is left, and when your next appointment is — without naming it, because a Home Screen is not private. FREE, AND WHAT ISN'T Free, and staying free: the weeks, the food list, the Home Screen widget, the page you hand your doctor, and everything you have already written down. So is the contraction timer, at any hour, for as long as labor takes. The subscription covers writing things down: feeds, sleep, diapers, growth measurements, foods tried, kick counts, appointments, medications, weight, blood pressure, how you're feeling, your notes — and adding a second child. If a subscription ends, nothing disappears: your records stay readable, still export to a PDF for your doctor, and are yours to delete. If you have not had a free
