This application streamlines the entire transportation workflow — from raising trip requests to final approvals and trip completion — providing a smooth, transparent, and efficient process across all organizational levels. 🌟 Key Features 1️⃣ Cab Request by Employees Employees of GNFC Ltd. – IT Business can create new cab requests by selecting trip type, request type, source, destination, and travel date/time. The app also supports adding sharing employees for group travel. 2️⃣ VH Approval Process Each cab request is reviewed by the designated VH (Vehicle Head), who can approve or reject based on operational priorities. 3️⃣ Admin Allocation Once a trip is approved, the Admin allocates a cab and driver to the requesting employee(s) for seamless travel coordination. 4️⃣ Trip Start & End After allocation, employees can start their trip by entering the start kilometer reading and end the trip with the end kilometer reading — ensuring accurate mileage tracking. 5️⃣ Real-time Status Updates The app keeps all users informed with live status updates — Pending, Approved, Allocated, Started, and Completed — for complete transparency. 6️⃣ Secure OTP Login Employees can securely log in using OTP-based authentication. Only authorized GNFC Ltd. – IT Business employees have access.
