TimeMap turns the trips you have taken into a map you can walk back through, and helps you plan the next one. Four views, connected: a world map to look back on, your own events, a planner for what comes next, and a calendar that ties them together. WORLD MAP The wide view. Every place you have been as a pin on one interactive map, alongside what your friends have chosen to show you and what other travellers have made public. - Filter to everyone, to friends only, or to just your own - Search by place, title or note, or narrow the map to one person's travels - Tap a pin to fly to it, tap again to drop into the day itself: photos, notes, dates - Draw a box to zoom to a region, jump to where you are now, or fit everything on screen at once - Add an event by tapping the spot it happened MY EVENTS Your own travels, map on one side and list on the other, kept in step as you browse. - Filter to events with photos, search your notes, or set a date range - Tap anywhere on the map to add an event there - Open an event for its full set of photos - Set what your map shows others from the privacy bar, without opening events one by one PLAN Build an itinerary day by day, each day in its own colour on the map. - Add stops with times, locations and notes, move them between days, retime them - AI Trip Planner: give a destination and a number of days and get a first draft back, grouped into one walkable area per day, then reordered from real coordinates so you are not crossing the city twice - Copy from Calendar turns a stretch of days you have already logged into a plan - Add to Calendar does the reverse, laying a plan out from the start date you pick - Import from XLSX, for the trip you already keep in a spreadsheet - Export to PDF to carry the itinerary with you or send it on - Publish a plan for others to browse, or read the plans other people have published CALENDAR Every event in a month grid, with the map beside it. - Swipe from month to month - Tap a day to add something, or to open what is already there - Watch the map follow the month as you move through it - Get a notification shortly before a planned event starts, so a 9am start does not slip past you FRIENDS AND LOCATION SHARING - Add friends and choose what they can see - Share your live location for a window you set. It ends when you end it, or on its own when the time is up - See where a friend is, how far away they are, and open it in Maps for directions - Message friends without leaving the app PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Every event starts private. Per event, you decide whether the place appears on the map and whether the photos can be seen, and the two are set independently: Private, Friends or Public. Location sharing stays off until you turn it on, is always time-limited, and either person can stop it at any moment.
