The MyTIM app lets you manage your prepaid mobile and landline lines from your smartphone or tablet. You can log in using your MyTIM account with your email address as your username. If you want to create an account and associate it with a landline, you can do so from the app by connecting via Wi-Fi to the FIBER or ADSL network of the TIM line you wish to register. You can still participate in exclusive contests, track your orders, activate a SIM card, and much more. For your mobile lines: • View your remaining credit • Get information about your tariff plan • Check your offers to check your available minutes, texts, and data • View and manage the services active on your line • Top up online with one click using a credit card, PayPal, and Satispay, or using a RicariCard and activate the Automatic Top-up service. • View your credit movements on your line. • Purchase tickets for public transportation, parking, and restricted traffic zones in various cities. For your landlines: • View your offers and services active on your line. • View your invoices from the last year. • View and download your invoice in PDF format. • Pay your invoice by credit card or PayPal. • Direct debit your invoice to your current account or credit card. • Move or transfer your account. Plus, with TIM Benefit, we provide you with codes. Discounts to use on your online purchases on major brand websites!
