You will not miss an application, you can easily get to the object and carry out maintenance without calling the dispatcher. • View the list of current service requests; • Receive push notifications about new orders and changes in current ones; • Read the description of the request, accept it, or refuse if you don't have the right equipment with you to repair; • No need to call the dispatcher - the application contains all the data about the object: address, contacts, equipment, data on loops; • By pressing the "Start work" button, the object will switch to maintenance mode and will not distract the dispatcher with false alarms; • Before leaving the site, check the type of equipment and firmware version in order to prepare tools and updates in advance; • In maintenance mode, arm the object without a user code to check the quality of editing; • Change access to the object in MyAlarm by agreeing the list of users with the person in charge at the object; • Events from the control panel will help assess the situation at the facility and check the result upon completion of work; • View service history to better prepare for repairs and learn what other engineers have experienced.
