MySphere keeps retail operations moving. Head office raises work, it lands with the right store or department, and everyone can see what is due, what is late, and what is done. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Tasks — see everything assigned to you or raised by you, with due dates and priority. Start a task, then complete it with a comment and optional photo evidence. Overdue work is flagged automatically. • Team assignment — store leads and department heads receive incoming work and assign it to a member of their team, or to themselves. • Checklists — run store routines item by item: opening checks, compliance walks, audits. Add remarks and photos where needed, then submit. Each submission is scored. • Announcements — read broadcasts from head office, images included. • Notifications — push alerts for work assigned to you, plus an in-app notification centre. • Reports — review your own checklist submissions and any fines recorded against late work. FOR RETAIL NETWORKS MySphere models the way stores actually run: regional and territory managers, branch managers and floor staff, alongside head-office departments such as compliance, IT and maintenance. Work routes by structure — a task raised for a store reaches its branch manager, one raised for a department reaches its head. SIGNING IN MySphere is used by organisations, not individuals. Your employer creates your account and gives you a Company ID, which you enter once alongside your username and password. There is no public sign-up. PERMISSIONS • Location — recorded when you submit a compliance checklist, to confirm the check happened on site, and used to show local weather on your home screen. Only while you are using the app. • Camera and photos — to attach evidence to tasks and checklist items. • Notifications — to tell you about work assigned to you.
