My Predi patient is a polypathological medical telemonitoring mobile application for patients. This application allows patients to collect their physiological data through questionnaires and bluetooth-connected sensors. It also allows you to follow your medical appointments as well as your medical protocols established by doctors. It also makes it possible to complete the patient's medical file and to notify the doctor of his availability. It is linked to an online service My Predi. My Predi is an intelligent generic medical telemonitoring platform. It addresses patients with chronic pathologies that require long-term care. My Predi is positioned in the preventive framework by early detection of situations at risk of decompensation of pathologies. Thanks to My Predi the patient becomes an actor of his health and feels more involved in the disease. My Predi is an operational platform used in different organizational models such as medical practices, clinics, nursing homes or hospitals. It offers a set of very advanced services based on an intelligent and modular architecture. The platform is equipped with artificial intelligence based on knowledge and medical experiments carried out in the hospital. This intelligent algorithm processes data and generates alerts by detecting warning signs leading ultimately to hospitalization. The patient will be equipped with a set of physiological sensors to collect data such as weight, heart rate, blood pressure or many others. A set of medical scores are in place and can be used at the request of doctors when establishing a protocol for the patient. All the data collected is analyzed in real time and notifications or alerts are sent to the medical profession if necessary.
