You will find more information on this on our website as well as in the GTCs of the online customer portal and the customer app. Requirements: • Customers with an online customer portal can use the myKVG.org app immediately • Customers without online solutions can register via the app and thus receive access to the online customer portal as well as to the myKVG.org app. A valid e-mail address, mobile number and the insured person number are required for the registration.
