Browse the pool — see every athlete looking for a partner for that race, along with their level, personal records, strengths, and experience. 3. Send a request — Like an athlete's profile to send a partner request. If they accept, you're matched and an in-app chat opens instantly. BUILT FOR RACE-DAY COMPATIBILITY Filter by experience level, age range, and race-day strengths (wall balls, sled push, rowing, and more) so you find someone whose profile balances yours. See real performance signals — personal records, running pace, and race-experience notes — not just a photo and a bio. Filter to athletes in your own country to make logistics simpler, and see only athletes who don't already have a partner for that race, so you never waste a request. MATCH. CHAT. RACE. Once a partner request is accepted, an in-app chat opens automatically so you can lock in logistics — training plans, travel, race-day meeting point — all without leaving the app. SAFETY, BUILT IN MyHybridPartner is not an anonymous swipe app. Every profile photo is automatically screened before it's published.
