Goals: The MyHelp suite offers full access to a comprehensive selection of psychotherapy goals, with the facility for your therapist to add and review them in accordance with your progress. These goals can be drawn from an extensive bank or added individually, based on your therapist’s full assessment of your care journey. Resources: MyHelp is unique, providing you and your therapist with an extensive library of useful therapy resources. Your therapist will be able to draw on tried-and-tested resources or create their own bespoke documents, according to your individual needs.. Measures: The MyHelp platform has been designed for you and your therapist, to ensure that they have all the tools they need to support their psychotherapy work with you. Monitors: The MyHelp suite features a range of useful monitoring tools, which can be used to help your therapist maintain contact with you and vice versa.
