BILLS AND PAYMENTS See what you owe at a glance, open any invoice with its full breakdown, and pay securely by card. Download a PDF copy whenever you need one for your records. YOUR SERVICES Check your package, your speed, what you pay each month and where you stand on your contract, including whether you are still inside a minimum term. BROADBAND SPEED TEST Run a proper speed test from your phone in seconds. Download, upload, latency and jitter are all measured and saved to your account, so you and our engineers can see how your line has been performing over time. SUPPORT THAT REMEMBERS YOU Raise a ticket, add a photo of your hub or a document, and reply to our team, all in one thread. No account numbers to read out, no starting from scratch. You can also call us straight from the app. HOSTED PHONE If your business takes its phone service from us, myFlux shows your extensions, your numbers, your recent calls and how your calls are routed. STAY INFORMED Optional notifications let you know when support replies, when a new invoice is ready and when a payment goes through. Turn any of them off at any time. SIGNING IN myFlux uses secure sign-in links instead of passwords. Enter your email address and we will send you a link, tap it and you are in.
