MyFit Club is the official app for students of the My Fit Club gym in Sabará/MG. Book your class in one tap, train with your gym wristband, and track your progress with automatic graphs. WHO IT'S FOR Students with an active My Fit Club membership. If you're not yet a student, speak to reception to schedule a free trial. WHAT THE APP DOES ▸ Book your class in one tap See available times for the next 7 days and choose yours. The system shows how many spots are left, and when you confirm, your spot is guaranteed. Need to cancel? You can do it through the app itself (up to 30 minutes before the class starts). ▸ Monitoring wristband included For each workout, pick up a FitClube wristband at reception. It measures your heart rate, calories burned, and time in each effort zone (light, moderate, intense). The data syncs to your app seconds after the class ends. ▸ Track your progress Automatic progress charts: • Calories burned this month, week, and day • Average and maximum heart rate • Total workout time • Weight and body fat percentage (based on physical assessments) • Body measurements (waist, hips, arm, and more) • Comparison with the previous month ▸ Share your workout Finished your workout and want to post it? A ready-made card for your Instagram Story shows your average heart rate, calories, and duration. Tap "Share" and you're done. ▸ Ranking and competitions See your position among gym members in calories burned, weekly streak, and frequency. Create private competitions with friends. ▸ Rate the class At the end of each session, rate the instructor from 1 to 10 and give the gym stars. Your feedback helps management improve—and is completely anonymous to the instructor. ▸ Gym Notices Receive notifications of important changes: holiday hours, facility maintenance, events. No spam. PRIVACY We only ask for what's necessary for you to use the app: • Notifications: to notify you of confirmed classes, payments, and pending assessments • Camera/Gallery: to update your profile picture or create your workout card We do not ask for location, contact information, microphone, or any other data.
