myDETE is the patient-side app for digitally signing declarations of participation in the Primary Care Provider (PCP) program. The app is used on the practice tablet in participating medical practices. It replaces the paper-based signing of PCP participation declarations with a paperless, legally compliant process. Here's how it works: • The practice links the device to its practice account once using a QR code. • The practice initiates a process and scans the process QR code. • The patient reads the participation declaration and the associated documents directly on the screen. • The patient signs by tapping the screen. • The signed documents are securely transmitted and saved as an archive PDF. Note: myDETE is intended exclusively for use in participating medical practices. Registration is not possible without linking to an activated practice account. The app is intended for medical facilities, not for individual use by end users. Data protection: Processing is carried out via the local HÄVG testing module; no patient data is transferred to uninvolved third parties.
