MyCounter KDS turns an iPad into the order screen for your kitchen. Orders arrive from the POS the moment they are taken. Cooks see what to make, in what order, and what is still waiting — without a printer, a stack of tickets, or someone shouting across the pass. BUILT FOR A KITCHEN, NOT A DESK • Large, readable cards designed to be seen from a step back • Landscape wall layout that adapts its columns to how busy you are • One tap advances an item; the order completes only when every item is ready • Rush mode and full-screen mode for the middle of a service KEEPS UP WITH THE PASS • New orders appear in real time, with a sound you can hear over a kitchen • Items are grouped by station so each section sees its own work • Recall a completed order when something has to go back • Recently completed orders stay one tap away, with who served them WHEN THE INTERNET DROPS The board keeps working. Orders already on screen stay on screen, status changes are queued, and everything syncs the moment the connection returns — because a kitchen cannot stop because a router did. SMART KDS • Pipeline view: where every order stands, at a glance • Stations: load across the line, so you can see what is backing up • Insights: prep times, accuracy, and the day's pulse RECIPE BOOK (OPTIONAL) Restaurants that want their recipes on the line can turn on a protected Recipe Book, unlocked with the cook's PIN. Owners who need an audit trail can enable recording of who opened which recipe — and when they do, staff are told on screen, before the PIN, exactly what is captured and how long it is kept. There is no facial recognition and no biometric data, and the feature is off unless the restaurant turns it on. REQUIRES A MYCOUNTER ACCOUNT This is a tool for restaurant staff, not a consumer app. Accounts are issued by the restaurant that employs you — there is no public sign-up.
