MycoLogic is a game about how fungi actually work. You forage for real mycological concepts, learn what each one means, and work out how they connect to one another. Every connection you understand grows a living mycelial network... a map of what you know, drawn as the organism itself. Discover → Learn → Connect → Grow TWENTY-FIVE ILLUSTRATED CONCEPT CARDS Every concept is a real thing, described accurately and illustrated by hand: spores and hyphae, mycorrhizae and fairy rings, the volva at the base of an Amanita, the ring left on a stipe by a torn veil. Find them, study them, master them. CHALLENGES ABOUT RELATIONSHIPS, NOT FLASHCARDS The interesting question is not what a stipe is called. It is why a stipe exists — because raising the gills into moving air carries spores further. Eight kinds of challenge ask how concepts relate to one another: name the connection between two of them, find what a pair has in common, put a life cycle in order, or spot the one that does not belong. A NETWORK THAT GROWS Discovering a concept grows a thread outward from something you already know, and a new node forms where that thread arrives. Open the app after a session and your world looks different. FIELD NOTES Record your own observations, freeform or attached to a concept. They stay on your device. SCIENCE YOU CAN TRUST Every concept carries an explicit evidence level. Where a term is cultural or marketing language rather than established mycology — "adaptogens", for instance — the app says so plainly, and never uses it as a correct answer. NO DARK PATTERNS No streaks to break, no timers, no currency that expires. No advertising, no account, no tracking, and nothing collected about you. Wrong answers cost nothing and always show the explanation, because the explanation is the point. WORKS ENTIRELY OFFLINE Every concept and every illustration is included in the download. No connection required, ever. A NOTE ON SAFETY MycoLogic is a learning game, not an identification guide, and it gives no foraging, edibility, or medical advice. Never decide whether a wild fungus is safe to eat based on this or any other app.
