Pick from a collection of guided exercises, including extended-exhale breathing, box breathing, 4-7-8 breathing, cyclic sighing, alternate-nostril breathing, and more. You can adjust the session length and tempo, then choose the cues that work best for you: animation, voice, soft breath sounds, or haptics.
