Never miss a dose with smart reminders. • Monitor your symptoms – Record how you're feeling each day, including focus, appetite, anxiety, sleep, and energy levels. • Log your vitals – Track weight, blood pressure, heart rate, HRV, steps, and exercise minutes to spot patterns over time. • Sync your wearables – Automatically import health data from Apple Health (iOS) • Complete questionnaires – Fill in clinical questionnaires assigned by your care team, with guided step-by-step wizards and progress tracking. • View your progress – See charts and trends that show how you're doing over 7, 14, or 30 days. Wearable and manual entries are clearly distinguished so you and your doctor can see the full picture. • Share with your doctor – Generate reports to bring to your appointments or share directly with your care team. Designed for patients: MyADHDTracker is simple and quick to use. Daily logging takes just seconds, and smart reminders help you stay consistent.
