MyAccessLeads is an application developed by Carlos MARQUES - Event Global Services and made available to exhibitors at trade shows for which the Organizer's back office is managed by the Event Global Services Company. MyAccessLeads allows exhibitors, in addition to their back office, to scan the QR CODE of the badges of visitors to their stand only in order to retrieve their contact details and send them the requested documentation or proposals. It is a lead management type application. It prevents the exhibitor from: - collect paper business cards from visitors - fill in the contact forms by hand MyAccessLeads complements the MyAccessBadge visitor management platform. This is why you need a configuration QR CODE from visitor management to configure it and make the link with the exhibitor's back office. It allows exhibitors at a trade show for which EGS manages the registration platform to scan the QR CODES present on visitor badges. The aim is to keep their contact details in order to send them documentation or commercial proposals after the show. When reading the QR CODE, the application stores locally the minimum information contained in my QR CODE: Name, First name, Company, Country code, date and time of the visit and possibly the comments entered by the exhibitor and it updates update on my server the information in the exhibitor's personal space to allow him to find the complete details of his contacts in his back office after the show. Having only this purpose, the MyAccessLeads application does not store any sensitive information and does not use any of the smartphone's functions/applications except the camera to be able to read QR Codes.
