You can scan your local Wi-Fi network for potential camera devices, connect through RTSP, plan camera coverage, monitor connection quality, and organize your home camera setup. PLAN CAMERA COVERAGE Plan camera placement and coverage before installation. • Choose from 10 indoor and outdoor layouts • Enter room dimensions and camera position • Adjust mounting height, direction, pitch, and lens profile • Preview camera coverage from top-down and perspective views • Estimate field of view, blind areas, viewing distance, and priority-zone coverage • Check possible interference from windows, doors, and furniture CALIBRATE YOUR INSTALLATION AREA Import an image of your room or installation area and mark the camera position, viewing direction, and priority coverage zone. The app can analyze lighting, contrast, shadows, highlights, visual complexity, camera height, lens settings, and possible obstructions to help you evaluate your planned installation. DISCOVER DEVICES ON YOUR WI-FI Smart Link scans reachable services on your current local network to identify potential cameras and other connected devices. Network information may include: • Reachable device services • Device names when available • Connection response time • Probable device type • Camera, router, mobile device, or unknown-device classification You can rename discovered devices, assign locations, mark important devices, and review previous network scan results. FIND, CONNECT & VIEW CAMERAS Connect to a discovered compatible camera or manually enter an RTSP stream address. • View compatible RTSP camera streams • Manage multiple saved cameras • Switch between camera feeds • Pause live playback • Capture snapshots • Create local recordings • Review connection latency and stability • Monitor connection failures and stream quality HOME NETWORK MONITORING Save and manage an inventory of devices associated with your home network. The app can help you identify newly detected devices and check whether important saved devices are still reachable on the selected home network. PRIVACY & LOCAL STORAGE Camera credentials are stored securely using the iOS Keychain with device-only protection. Imported images, camera plans, recordings, snapshots, scan history, and analysis data remain stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or delete them. Additional privacy features include: • Biometric app lock • Protected private-media storage • Background preview protection • No account required HOME SCREEN WIDGET Add a configurable Home Screen widget to quickly view the Wi-Fi network name and online-device count from your most recent completed scan. IN-APP PURCHASES The app offers optional in-app purchases to unlock additional features and premium functionality. If you purchase a subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account.
