My MCHD Health Check is part of our initiative to create greater access to medical information and health care in our city. Through the app, you will be able to access information regarding primary medical care, diagnostics, family planning, nutritional services and much more. You will also have access to after-hours assistance from our on-call nurses or through the information available in your patient portal, including your medical records. Your health care team at the Mobile County Health Department/Family Health strives to be available whenever you need us, and through My MCHD Health Check, this is a possibility.
