VITALS Log blood pressure, heart rate, weight, blood glucose, temperature, and oxygen (SpO2). See trends over 7, 30, or 90 days. On iPhone, you can bring in readings from Apple Health and Apple Watch. CARE PLAN, REMINDERS & NOTES Build a care plan with recurring tasks. Add everyday reminders and to-dos. Keep timestamped care notes so nothing falls through the cracks between visits. FAMILY PHOTOS & FRAME MODE A private family album so loved ones can send photos.
