Store description excerpt
My Diabetes Notes is a logging app for people living with diabetes. Glucose, plus meals, weight, sleep, exercise, and medication — your daily life, kept in one place. One line a day is enough. The diary takes care of the rest. When you check your glucose, write it down. Had a meal? That too. The date and time are already filled in, and entries save even when incomplete — finishing them can wait. A day is a page. Swipe sideways and yesterday is right there, and the calendar keeps a small dot on every day you wrote something. What you write, the diary quietly organizes. The flow of a week or a month, each day's high and low, time in range, estimated A1C, and how your weight is moving. When something is going well, it says so. When something needs attention, it points it out gently — with the numbers. Leave medication and meal times to the reminders. With snooze on, it keeps ringing until you acknowledge it. Your records are yours. No accounts, no servers — everything stays on your device, and backups go only to your own iCloud. No ads. No tracking. Seeing your doctor soon? Save the statistics view as an image and bring it. Family members can keep their own diaries in separate profiles. 14 languages, light and dark themes, 12/24-hour time. This app is a tool that organizes records you enter yourself. It does not provide medical diagnosis or advice. For health decisions, consult a healthcare professional.
