MATURATION AT A GLANCE See the current status of your cheeses from the Dashboard and Daily Briefing. Quickly identify cheeses that are ageing normally, need monitoring or attention, require inspection, or are ready for action. TURNING SCHEDULES Assign turning schedules to your cheeses and record completed turns as they mature. My Cheesemaking Journal helps you keep track of what needs turning and when. NOTIFICATIONS Optional notifications can remind you about scheduled turning and important Ready Dates. The in-app Notifications screen also keeps relevant items together for easy reference. RECORD YOUR JOURNEY Add maturation notes, general notes and inspection records as your cheeses develop. Journal Activity brings this history together so you can review what happened and when. MATURATION SPACES Create and manage the maturation spaces and storage positions that reflect your own cheesemaking setup, whether you use a cheese fridge, maturation cabinet or another suitable environment. USEFUL CHEESEMAKING RESOURCES Built-in resources include cheese recipes, a cheese culture reference, helpful information and calculators to support your cheesemaking. REPORTS Review individual Cheese Summaries and Journal Activity reports, with useful information available for printing or sharing. YOUR DATA Your journal data is stored and synchronised securely using your personal iCloud account, helping keep your records available across compatible devices signed in to the same iCloud account.
