My Ashtanga is a simple, private journal for your Ashtanga Mysore self-practice, made with care by Sonja König Yoga. PRACTICE CALENDAR Log each practice with a single quiet dot. Moon days are marked the traditional way: a golden moon for full moon, a dark moon for new moon. CHECK IN, CHECK OUT Record your start and end time to the minute, your practice form (Full Primary, Half Primary, Second Series, or your own custom forms with their own colours), location with an optional Google Maps link, meditation and pranayama minutes, notes and photos or timelapse videos. JOURNAL & GALLERY Your notes and images come together in a diary you will love to look back on, with a gallery of every photo and video from your practice. MEDITATION TIMER A minute-precise timer with four soft sounds. It keeps counting when your screen locks, rings softly two seconds after you settle in, and offers to log your session when it ends. INSIGHTS Streaks, weekly and monthly totals, and Apple Health-style trends: bars or lines, over weeks, months or years. APPLE HEALTH Optionally write your practices as yoga workouts and your meditation and pranayama as mindful minutes. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No accounts, no tracking, no ads. Your journal lives on your device and syncs through your own private iCloud, nowhere else. Export your data anytime.
