Watchtower is a workforce-management app for licensed private-security companies. On-duty security officers use it to run their shift; the company's control center uses it to keep an accurate work record and to keep officers safe. For the security officer: • Check in and out of shifts • See the daily and weekly schedule • Follow assigned patrol tasks, checkpoints and post orders • Read and acknowledge company procedures (SOPs) • Report incidents with type, priority, description and photos • Send an SOS or request a welfare check • Works offline — data syncs automatically when back online For the control center and management: • Live location of on-duty officers during their shift • Geofence monitoring — get alerted if an officer leaves the assigned site • Attendance verification at the correct site and time • Real-time incident and status updates Location and privacy: Location is collected only while a shift is active — tracking starts at check-in and stops at check-out. Off duty, the officer is not tracked, and a persistent notification is shown the whole time tracking runs. Watchtower is used only by employers to manage their own on-duty employees, with the employee's knowledge and consent (enterprise management). Watchtower requires an account provided by your security company.
