The ambient particle effects and warm dusk palette keep the mood contemplative rather than anxious. A gentle prompt to make the present moment count. MUTE DISTRACTION The app that pulls you away most is usually the hardest one to resist. Mute lets you choose your own distracting apps using Apple Screen Time, then shields them with a single tap on the Mute Distraction button. One tap to mute. One tap to unmute. No timers, no streaks, no gamification. Just a clean on/off switch you control. As you use it, Mute accumulates a running total of the time you have recovered, so you can see the minutes and hours build over days. This is individual self-restriction: you are restricting your own apps, on your own device. It is not parental control and it does not affect anyone else.
