MUSTA is a workplace wellbeing app for teams in the Philippines. It helps you build a simple daily habit of checking in on how work feels — and gives you challenges, recognition, rewards, and resources that make taking care of yourself at work worthwhile. MUSTA is provided through your employer. You'll need an invitation from your organization to create an account. WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH MUSTA • Daily check-in — Answer 3 quick questions about how your workday feels. It takes less than a minute, with simple word choices instead of scores or numbers. • Sunday Reflection — Every Sunday, receive a personal reflection on how your week felt, written as a short narrative you can keep private or share. • Challenges — Join individual and team wellness challenges (movement, rest, connection, and more) and track your progress. • Recognition — Send and receive appreciation from teammates through a positive recognition feed. • Rewards — Earn points for showing up and taking part, then redeem them for real vouchers and treats in the rewards catalog. • Resources — Browse a library of wellbeing articles, guides, and support resources, available anytime. • Health sync (optional) — Connect Health Connect to count steps and sleep toward fitness challenges. Entirely optional and off by default. YOUR PRIVACY COMES FIRST Your individual answers are never shown to your employer — not to HR, not to your manager. Your company only ever sees anonymized, team-level trends, and only for groups of 5 or more people. Your check-ins, rewards, and personal reflections are yours alone. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time from within the app or at https://portal.musta.tech/delete-account. MUSTA is a wellbeing and engagement tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or monitor any medical or mental-health condition. If you're struggling, the Resources tab includes professional support options. WHO IS MUSTA FOR? MUSTA is for employees of organizations that have partnered with MUSTA. If your company uses MUSTA, you'll receive an invitation to join when your organization enrolls.
