MUR Nutrition — Fuel Your Performance If you are tired of guessing what you are eating and have no idea if what you are doing is actually working — MUR Nutrition was built for you. This app brings together food tracking, workout planning, goal setting, progress monitoring, and coaching tools all in one clean and easy to use platform. This is not some generic calorie counter. MUR Nutrition is a real tool built for people who want to see results. AI Food Scanner The Food Scanner might be the best feature in the whole app. You have three ways to log your food. Snap a photo of your meal and the AI instantly pulls up the full nutritional breakdown — calories, protein, carbs, fats, fiber, sugars, iron, calcium, and potassium — all from one photo. Scan a barcode on any packaged food or supplement and the app reads it instantly. Or just type it in manually — something like "2 scrambled eggs" and the app finds it. Once logged, your home screen shows your Today's Progress with your calorie goal, how much you have eaten, your remaining calories, and progress bars for all your macros. A weekly calendar shows your tracking consistency at a glance. Progress Tracking The Progress tab shows your data over 1 Week, 1 Month, 4 Months, 8 Months, or a full Year. You get your current weight, 7-day average calories, total meals tracked, and muscle mass data in one clean overview. Your Weight Goal tracker shows your starting weight, current weight, and target weight side by side. Detailed charts show your weight trend over time, daily calorie intake with a rolling average, and your macros broken down by protein, carbs, fats, and fiber in stacked, grouped, or trend views. The Micronutrients panel tracks Iron, Calcium, Potassium, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, and Fiber against your daily goals — even telling you exactly how many more milligrams you need to hit your target each day. Goals and Meal Planning Set your goal — like Build Muscle — and the app tracks your weight progress, calorie target, and protein intake in three progress rings on one screen. You see your start weight, current weight, and target weight all together so you always know exactly where you stand. The Today's Meal Plan maps out your full day across five meals — breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner — with calories and protein shown for each one. The example plan totals 1,772 calories and 121g of protein for the day. Each meal can be added to your food log with one tap. You can also sync workouts to your calendar and save meal plans as templates to reuse anytime. Fitness and Workouts Today's Workout shows your muscle group, session length, and exercise count. The app provides a full detailed warm-up before every session and programs each exercise with sets, reps, rest times, and expert coaching notes. The Barbell Back Squat for example is programmed at 4 sets of 6 to 10 reps with notes recommending 75 to 85 percent of your one rep max and a drop set on the final working set. The exercis
