MunshiJi is a personal finance app built for how Pakistan actually spends and saves — log expenses in Urdu, Roman Urdu, or English, just by speaking. WHY MUNSHIJI A "munshi" is the trusted person who keeps the household's ledger straight. MunshiJi does that job for your phone — fast expense logging, clear budgets, and a chat assistant that actually knows your numbers. KEY FEATURES Voice expense entry Say what you spent, in your own words and language, and MunshiJi logs the amount, category, and note automatically. Manual entry is always there too, for when typing is faster. Budgets that make sense Set monthly budgets by category, track what's left in real time, and get warned before you overspend — with savings and investment goals celebrated instead of flagged as "overspending." MunshiJi Assistant Ask your own personal finance assistant questions like "how much did I spend on food this month?" or "am I on track with my budget?" — it answers using your real ledger, not guesses. Home screen widgets Add an expense or check your monthly snapshot straight from your Android home screen, no need to open the app. Reminders that help, not nag Daily logging reminders, weekly spending reports, and budget warnings — all customizable from Settings. Secure by design Lock the app with a 6-digit PIN or fingerprint/face unlock. Your phone number is the only thing needed to sign in — no passwords to remember. Built in Urdu and English Switch languages anytime. MunshiJi understands Roman Urdu too, so you can talk to it the way you'd talk to a person. MunshiJi is currently in early testing as we refine the experience based on real feedback — thank you for trying it out.
