However, it requires a sustained, stable pitch to accurately calculate the frequency. - Cepstrum Method Perfect for analyzing frequency components and capturing the unique timbre or resonance of an instrument. On the downside, it is computationally expensive (higher CPU load) and prone to occasional octave errors. - YIN Algorithm Delivers high-precision fundamental frequency (F0) estimation with robust noise immunity.
