Roadrunner Connect is an innovative mobile app designed to enhance community engagement at Metropolitan State University of Denver. With a focus on arts, athletics, cultural events, campus landmarks, food trucks, and student events, Roadrunner Connect makes it easy to stay connected with everything happening on the Auraria Campus. Find Food Trucks on Campus See which food trucks are on campus today, browse the schedule by day, and search by name. Filter by allergy and dietary needs to see only the trucks that can safely serve you, whether that means avoiding peanuts, gluten, dairy, shellfish, or latex. Favorite the trucks you like so they are easy to find next time, spot them on the map, and check in when you visit. Trucks appear on the map only on the days they are actually scheduled, so what you see is what is really there. Discover Events and Landmarks Browse and explore a wide range of campus events using our interactive, map-driven interface. From sporting events to art shows, cultural festivals to academic workshops, Roadrunner Connect brings the entire MSU Denver experience to your fingertips. Discover new places on campus, visit iconic landmarks, and attend events, all while navigating a user-friendly map that shows what is happening around you. Check In and Share Your Experience The app lets you check in at events, buildings, food trucks, and other campus locations to showcase your participation. Snap photos of your experience and share them directly through the app, and add comments to record what you did and where you were. Earn Rewards for Participation Roadrunner Connect encourages active involvement by rewarding users for engaging with the campus. Every time you check in at an event, leave a comment, or upload a photo, you earn feathers, our in-app currency. Complete your profile for a one-time bonus. Accumulate feathers to climb the leaderboard, compete in contests, and unlock rewards such as prizes sponsored by MSU Denver or event organizers. Explore with Scavenger Hunts Take campus exploration to the next level. Join scavenger hunts created by student organizations and campus departments, then follow proximity clues and hint images to discover hidden items across campus. Watch a hot and cold indicator guide you as you get closer. Earn bonus feathers for completing hunts and be the first to finish for an extra reward. Check the hunt leaderboard to see how you rank.
