The GIS-based Mentoring Reporting System (MRS) application is designed to capture and monitor the work carried out by the staff of the ISGPP Cell at the district level. Through this application, mentors can record their visits to Gram Panchayats (GPs) as well as other official assignments. The application geo-tags each visit, records its duration and location, and captures details such as the areas and nature of support provided along with other official activities. The system generates multiple analytical reports, like GP-wise mentoring hours provided by individual mentors, achievement of mentoring hours against assigned targets, nature and areas of support extended, monthly work statements of mentors etc. These reports enable effective performance monitoring by identifying gaps between targets and achievements and support data-driven decision-making at both district and state levels.
