The Midland Rover Owners Club members' app puts the club diary, the venues and your membership card on your phone. EVENTS Every trial, CCV, green lane run, camping weekend and social the club runs, newest first, with the ones that have passed dropped automatically. Open an event for the sign-on time, the venue, entry details and the regulations. From the day before an event until it finishes, the event page leads with what you need on the day. GETTING THERE Every venue the club uses, on a map. Each one carries the access notes that matter at a working farm or quarry — which gate to use, which track is the exit, what to watch for on site — plus one-tap directions via Apple Maps, Google Maps or what3words for the gate itself rather than the postcode. YOUR CARD A membership card with your name, number and membership year. It does not replace your Motorsport UK competition licence, so you can photograph the licence itself and keep it beside the card, along with any other ID you want to be able to show. Pinch to zoom and rotate a quarter turn to read the small print and scan the QR codes. Photographs stay on your phone. NEWS Club news as the committee publishes it, and an optional notification when something is posted, when an event is cancelled, or when your membership is due for renewal. Nothing else — there is no marketing. OFF THE GRID Trials venues are rarely blessed with a signal. Once the app has been opened online, the events, venues, access notes, directions and any regulations you have saved stay readable with no connection at all. MEMBERS AND GUESTS Set up your details once. Visiting from another club? There is a guest option that gives you the same events, venues and news. PRIVACY No accounts, no analytics, no advertising. Your details and any ID photographs are held on your phone and are never uploaded to the club. "Forget me" in the Club tab removes the lot. Midland Rover Owners Club has been running events across the Midlands, the Welsh borders and beyond since 1967.
