MP3 to OGG is an offline audio converter that turns MP3 files into Ogg Vorbis directly on your Android device. Your audio is never uploaded to a server, and the app works without an account or internet connection. FOCUSED MP3 TO OGG CONVERSION This audio converter provides a configurable Ogg Vorbis output. Choose the balance you need between quality and file size before conversion: • VBR quality from q−1 to q10. • ABR and CBR from 32 to 320 kbps. • Sample rates from 8 to 48 kHz, or preserve the source rate. • Original channels, mono or stereo. • Compact, Balanced, High and Very High presets. • Custom presets and an estimated output size. BUILT-IN AUDIO EDITOR Prepare the MP3 without switching apps. Use the waveform to trim audio with start and end handles. You can also apply fade-in and fade-out, adjust gain, and normalize the peak to −1 dBFS. A clear warning appears when settings may cause clipping. CONTROL YOUR METADATA Preserve or edit title, artist, album, genre, track number, date and comment. Add, replace or remove cover artwork as needed before you convert MP3 to OGG. VALIDATED OUTPUT AND FILE MANAGEMENT Every Ogg file is reopened and validated before it is presented as a result. You can then: • Listen to the converted audio. • Save it to a location you choose. • Share it or open it in another app. • Rename it without overwriting an existing file. • Find it in history, grouped by date. • Search conversions by source or output name. • Repeat a conversion with the same settings. • Remove only the history record or delete the file too. Templates using {name}, {index}, {date} and {quality} help create consistent output names. Choose light, dark or system theme and use the interface in English or Spanish.
