Types of challenges available: • Calories burned • Distance traveled (running, walking, cycling, etc.) • Active days • Number of check-ins Health Connect integration: Movva can connect to Health Connect to automatically import exercise data recorded in other compatible apps. This information is used exclusively to automatically fill in check-ins. Data may include: • Active calories burned (or total calories if active calories are not available) • Distance traveled • Training sessions/exercise completed • Total calories + Basal metabolic rate if active calories are not available Using the integration is optional.
