Using this app, you can access your personalized Home Exercise Program, complete with HD instructional videos. The 'Messages' tab allows you to securely communicate with your Moving into Wellness provider. As you progress through your program, you'll earn virtual trophies and achievement badges to celebrate your milestones! Visit the 'Awards' tab to view your achievements and track your progress. The Step Tracking feature enables your provider to monitor your activity levels, helping them design the most effective exercise program for you! You must be a Moving into Wellness patient to gain access. This app integrates with your phone's Motion and Fitness activity framework to read daily step count data allowing your provider to monitor your activity.
