Moving Book is a survey and quoting app for small moving companies. Turn a photo into an item list, work out the volume and price, and send the quote to your customer in seconds. Core features are available for free, with advanced automation and survey management tools available via Pro subscription. Item list from a photo (Pro) Take the photo of the room yourself, or have the customer take it and send it to you. Items are detected and marked automatically, and you can adjust anything before you send. (Requires Pro subscription) Instant quote Turn the item list into volume (m³) and a price, then share as PDF or over WhatsApp. Pickup and drop-off (Pro) Enter the A and B addresses and the distance is measured automatically. (Requires Pro subscription) Remote or on-site survey Visit the address yourself, or work remotely from photos the customer sends. Track it on one screen See pending, accepted and rejected quotes, your accept rate and potential revenue. Kept on record (Pro) Every survey is archived so you can report on it later. (Requires Pro subscription) Your customer doesn't need the app installed. Share the quote and mark it accepted or rejected yourself.
