Movesesh is a workout tracker with a progression engine that actually reads your logbook. Log sets in seconds, follow a program or build your own, and watch months of training add up to real numbers. The engine works out your next session from what you actually lifted, including missed reps and skipped days. FAST, HONEST LOGGING A set dock built for the gym floor: big targets, plate math, rest timers, and suggestions seeded from your own history. Personal records are caught as they happen. FITNESS INDICES, NOT VANITY NUMBERS Strength, muscular endurance and work capacity tracked as trends over months, each built from your own logged sets rather than a formula applied to a single one-rep max. INSIGHTS THAT STAY USEFUL Weekly volume, muscle focus, exercise rankings, training distribution — charts that answer questions, drawn from every set you have logged. BRING YOUR HISTORY WITH YOU Import workouts from other trackers as CSV. Unrecognised exercise names are matched once and remembered, and a bad import can be undone whole. THEMES TO MAKE IT YOUR OWN Hand-crafted looks, each with light and dark variants. YOURS, ON YOUR PHONE Every workout is stored locally on your device. No account to create, no ads. Crash reporting and a short list of anonymous usage events can both be switched off. Export everything to CSV whenever you want it elsewhere.
