Store description excerpt
Stop staring at your phone mid-routine. MoveCue runs the exercises you already do hands-free — voice cues, lock-screen timer, music that keeps playing. You bring the routine — from your physio, your trainer, a YouTube channel, or your own head. MoveCue is the timer, the voice cue, and the lock-screen Live Activity that keeps you moving without picking up your phone. — Run any routine, hands-free — • Set down your phone, listen for the cue, do the rep, repeat. • Voice cues call out each phase ("Hold", "Rest", "Switch sides"). • Real sound cues for every phase — not placeholder beeps. Pick a haptic strength up to extra-hard so you feel every boundary, even with the phone in a pocket. • Music keeps playing — MoveCue ducks during cues, never stops. — New: plan a workout with AI — • Describe what you want in plain words — "15-minute morning mobility for stiff hips" — and MoveCue drafts a structured routine you can review, edit, and save. • It's optional and runs only after you tap to agree. Your description is sent to our AI proxy; an on-device, anonymous summary of your recent training (no name, no measurements, no health data) helps tailor the plan. Nothing is sent until you opt in. • Prefer to talk? Speech is transcribed on your device, and the raw audio never leaves your phone. — Build it once, run it forever — • Build routines manually, pick exercises from the library, or let the AI planner structure them for you. • Three movement types — Reps, Timed hold, and Flow — with per-set reps, holds, sides, weights, and work / rest intervals, all configurable. • No stock videos, no curated content treadmill. You bring what your therapist or trainer gave you. — Share routines with anyone — • Send any workout as a link. The receiver opens it in MoveCue and adds it to their library in one tap. • Receivers without MoveCue get a clean web preview of the routine. • Sharing also works for receiving — therapists, trainers, and friends can send their routines to you. — Stay with it, on your terms — • Schedule reminders for the days you commit to (Mon-Wed-Fri etc.). • A heads-up notification before each session — tap to start, reschedule it by 15 / 30 / 60 minutes, or skip the day. • Quiet Hours pause reminders during your sleep window. • Off-days don't break your streak. Skipped days don't either. — See your progress — • Personal records track your best sets automatically, with per-exercise trends. • Body-region progress shows what you've trained and what you've been neglecting. • Calendar heat-map of every completed day, colored by how the session felt. • Streak counter and longest-streak record. • Save completed workouts to Apple Health (optional, write-only). • Export a PDF report for your therapist. — What MoveCue won't do — • Make medical claims. MoveCue helps you follow your routine — it doesn't replace your physio, trainer, or doctor. • Push notifications guilting you about missed days. • Show streak rankings, leaderboards, or social pressur
