Store description excerpt
MoveAtlas is an offline exercise atlas for people who want a reference, not another tracker. No timer, no rep log, no calorie count, no streak to keep alive. It answers what a movement is, which muscles it loads and how it is performed, then stays out of the way. Explore 1,324 movements organized by body region, target muscle, equipment and muscle group. Open a movement to review instructions, steps, secondary muscles and animated media. Search is local and immediate, favorites stay on device, and the app does not require an account, backend or subscription. Generate workouts by duration, available equipment and body focus. Edit the exercise order, replace movements, then save or duplicate each plan locally. Start from the Workouts tab or directly from an exercise detail. Built for: - checking alternatives at the gym - studying movement names and equipment - browsing by body region or target muscle - creating reusable workout plans without an account - keeping a private offline reference Nothing leaves the phone: no ads, no analytics, no account, no backend, no network call at all. Free, with no limit and no account: - the whole 1,324 movement atlas offline, with steps, secondary muscles and animated media - search and favorites, both local - the workout generator, and as many saved plans as you care to keep - as many gym profiles as you like, each one filtering the atlas down to the equipment that gym actually owns - five notebook items, enough to see whether the notebook is for you: your own exercises, machine cards and cycles counted together One purchase, paid once, never a subscription: the notebook. - it lifts the five-item limit, and that is all it does - write the exercises your gym invented and no catalog knows, with your own photo; they then show up in search, the atlas, favorites and generated plans - photograph a machine, note its seat and pin settings, and that card stays attached to the gym it belongs to - group saved plans into a Day 1 to Day N cycle and read the muscle coverage of the whole rotation What you already wrote stays readable and editable, bought or not. And if you were using MoveAtlas before the notebook existed, your free notebook holds twenty-five items instead of five, for life, without paying anything. Exercise names are shown in English, and instructions are in English in most languages.
