You did not have to be organized, or tidy, or even make sense. WHY THIS EXISTS You think of things at the worst moments. Walking. Driving. Halfway through something else. Bury the date in the middle of a sentence. It works out what is a task, what has a date, and what needs to nag you. THE DAILY DUMP Once a day, put it all down in one go. One minute, no structure, no editing. Everything you are carrying, out of your head and into a list. Some people do it in the morning to plan. Some do it at night to stop thinking.
