Mouse Scroll Plus is a pointing-device accessibility utility that makes a mouse easier and more comfortable to use. Turn each abrupt wheel notch into a gradual glide that can reduce repeated wheel motions and make scrolling easier to follow. Tune speed, smoothness, acceleration, and momentum to match your movement and dexterity. Reverse the wheel direction while your trackpad stays untouched. Remap reachable side buttons to keyboard shortcuts, media keys, system actions, apps, links, and Shortcuts. Left, right, and the scroll wheel are never changed. Give the same button a different action when you hold a modifier, and set a global hotkey to toggle everything on or off. Set per-app rules to turn the effect off in the apps you choose, or give an app its own scrolling. Middle-button autoscroll, hold-to-pause for precise work, and horizontal scrolling are all built in. Private and lightweight: no accounts, no tracking, no network. Everything runs on your Mac in a tiny, sandboxed app that lives quietly in the menu bar.
