Motor Checkup is the professional tool designed to access factory data and operation logs of Trial Srl digital motors. Using NFC technology, the app allows quick access to data stored in the non-volatile memory without needing to power the motor. Available Data: Product Information: Slave ID, Product Code, Motor Type, FW Version, Serial Number. Statistics: Production date, Number of startups, Total working hours. Temperatures: Maximum recorded temperatures (Motor and Air). Logs: Event history, warnings, and errors with timestamps. Key Features: The interface creates a graphical organization of the motor's information. Data is categorized into clear tabs (Manufacturer Area and Customer Area) to minimize scrolling and maximize readability. Connection Safety: The reading system is enabled only when the motor's NFC tag is detected (green status indicator), ensuring that data access occurs only in close proximity to the specific device. How to use: Enable NFC on your smartphone. Place your smartphone near the motor's NFC sensor (a vibration will indicate detection). Wait for the NFC indicator in the top right corner to turn green. Press "READ DATA" or "READ LOGS" to load the information. Note: This application requires an NFC-enabled Android device and works exclusively with Trial Srl motor hardware or compatible devices.
