Motive is the multiplayer improv party game where everyone plays a different character with a different motive — in the same scene, at the same time. What happens next is anyone's guess. No scripts. No winners. Best with 2–8 players. It's improv — we don't really make the rules. — HOW IT WORKS — One player creates a room. Everyone joins on their own phone. Each person gets a character with a backstory and one clear motive — a single thing they secretly want — that only shows up on their screen. Private prompts drop in throughout the scene to push the action forward, and a shared timer keeps things moving. Here's what makes it different: your prompts are tied to the location the group actually picked. Every scene has its own prompt set, handed out privately across the room — so what you get is specific to where you are, not a generic nudge. Follow your motive. Chase it hard.
